Golden Syrup Crunchies

Golden Syrup Crunchies are the original, tradition South African version.  They are peanut-free, so perfect for a lunchbox snack.  Kiff only uses Lyle’s Golden Syrup, made from pure sugar, not Corn Syrup.  Packed with wholesome, old fashioned oats and coconut, these are a delicious, on-the-go snack.

Ingredients:  Rolled Oats, Sugar, Flour (Unbleached Hard Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter (pasteurized Cream, Natural Flavorings), Oats, Sugar, Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Natural Flavorings), Unsweetened Coconut, Golden Syrup (Cane Sugar Syrup), Baking Soda (Sodium Biocarbonate), Cooking Spray (Canola Oil, Soy Lecithin, Water, Propellant), Sea Salt
