Buttermilk Rusks

Buttermilk Rusks are the most well known of the South African Rusk varieties.  They may appear ordinary, but the delicately sweet flavor, combined with the crunchy texture, softened when being dunked into a cup of tea or coffee, is surprisingly addictive. 

Ingredients:  

Flour (Unbleached Hard Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Natural Flavorings), Buttermilk (Cultured Pasteurized Fat Free Milk, Salt, Sodium Citrate), Sugar, Whole-Wheat Flour, Eggs, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate Acid, Cornstarch), Cooking Spray (Canoloa Oil, Soy Lecithin, Water, Propellant), Vanilla Extract (Vanilla Bean Extractives, Water, Alcohol 41%), Vinegar (Distilled White Wine Vinegar, Water), Sea Salt

Allergens:  Contains, Egg, Milk, Soy & Wheat Ingredients

Store the re-sealable bag of Rusks in a cool, dry place for up to 8 weeks

 Each Pack contains 8-10 Rusks with a net weight of 12 oz (340 grams)
